• Maintain incident logs and post-mortem reports for transparency and learning.

3. Documentation and SOPs

• Create and maintain runbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles for operational tasks and incident handling.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with compliance and audit requirements.
• Contribute to onboarding materials and training guides for new team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Devops solutions, aws architecture, and java applications.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Devops practices and aws services.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices for Devops and aws architecture.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and scalability of applications in aws environment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Devops and java applications, providing timely resolution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Devops, aws, and java development technologies.

Skill Requirements

• Proficiency in Devops solutions implementation and optimization.
• Strong knowledge and experience in aws architecture, including services like ec2, s3, lambda, and rds.
• Expertise in java programming and development, with the ability to write efficient code and troubleshoot issues.
• Handson experience with ci/cd pipelines, containerization tools like docker, and automation tools like ansible.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IAC) tools such as terraform or cloud formation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Developer, Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer.

Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
