Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and experienced in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and online engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Campaign Management
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Optimize campaigns to meet KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Monitor performance data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
2. SEO & Website Optimization
Perform keyword research, SEO audits, and on-page/off-page optimization.
Collaborate with content and web teams to improve organic search ranking and website user experience.
3. Social Media Management
Manage content calendars and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
Track social media performance, engagement metrics, and audience growth.
4. Content & Email Marketing
Create or coordinate digital content (blogs, landing pages, social posts, ads, videos).
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, segmentation, and automation via platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, and other tools.
Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
6. Collaboration & Support
Work closely with designers, writers, and sales teams on integrated marketing campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or similar role.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, and digital analytics.
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
- Marketing automation tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
Experience with Canva/Figma, WordPress, or CRM systems.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
