Role Description The Product Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksonville, FL, responsible for driving the design, development, and optimization of products from concept through launch. On a day-to-day basis, the Product Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate customer and market requirements into detailed technical specifications, designs, and prototypes. This role involves conducting product and materials research, performing feasibility studies, and supporting R&D initiatives to improve performance, quality, and reliability. The Product Engineer will also troubleshoot issues, implement design improvements, document engineering processes, and communicate project status and technical findings to stakeholders. In addition, the role contributes to continuous improvement efforts, ensuring products meet regulatory, safety, and company standards.
