Business Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver data-driven improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Analyze current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and operations teams
- Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and requirement documents
- Support system testing, UAT, and implementation activities
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with requirements documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Domain experience (e.g., banking, healthcare, e-commerce, SaaS)
