What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Radiology Technologist, PRN position at Shriners Children's?
We currently have an opening for a full time Senior Radiology Technologist to join our Vancouver, WA team. Radiologic technologists are medical personnel who perform imaging procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of patients in a professional manner.
Schedule: Full Time
Compensation range: The hired applicant's placement within the range is based on qualifications, professional experience, education, and internal equity.
Responsible for accurately positioning patients and ensuring that a quality radiographic image is produced.- Works closely with radiologists and physicians who interpret images to either diagnose or rule out disease or injury.
- Responsible for communication and documentation of patient images.
- Maintain communication with patients, parents, and medical personnel.
- Maintains on-going plan for personal growth and self-development.
- Demonstrates professional role requirements related to communication with peers and supervisor and flexibility during unexpected work related events.

Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- Associate in Radiologic Technology
- Certificate Radiologic Technology
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- 5 years experience in pediatric/orthopedic radiology
