Position Overview:
Schedule: Four days a week, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
️ Occasional Saturdays: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
Shreveport-Bossier City, LA
$17.00/hour
We are seeking a Chairside Dental Assistant with experience and enthusiasm to join our team! You'll support our dentists during procedures and help ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Take x-rays and impressions
- Educate patients on oral hygiene
- Maintain instruments, equipment, and supplies
- Follow safety protocols and office policies
Qualifications:
- Experience as a chairside dental assistant
- X-ray certification
- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization
- Familiarity with dental software
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited dental assistant program\
