Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Engineer at our New Albany, OH office. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems, preparing specifications, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Daily tasks include collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, conducting technical analysis, preparing project documentation, and providing solutions to engineering challenges. The role also involves project management and communication with clients to ensure project objectives are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of electrical design, power distribution, and control systems
- Proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and similar tools
- Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Effective collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Professional licensure (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
