Shree Radhe Diamonds is seeking a Vice President of Procurement Operations for a full-time, hybrid role based in Portland, OR, with some work-from-home flexibility. The VP of Procurement Operations will lead sourcing strategies, oversee contract negotiations, and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and efficiency. This role involves developing procurement policies, optimizing the supply chain, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Proven expertise in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Supplier Development
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in the luxury goods or jewelry industry preferred
