This is

full-time hybrid role for a Legal Assistant with hands-on experience working at a title company, real estate law firm, or closing office.
This rol

will support land acquisitions, development contracts, and investor transactions by preparing, reviewing, and coordinating all documentation from contract execution through closing.
You will

work directly with ownership to ensure transactions are structured correctly, deadlines are met, and closings are executed efficiently.
