SHRCASA Homes is a growing real estate development company building residential investment properties across Florida. As we expand our projects in Jacksonville, Tampa, and Orlando, we are looking for a Legal & Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize real estate and construction contracts
• Assist with legal documentation and agreements
• Coordinate transaction files from reservation to closing
• Maintain organized records for investor and project documentation
• Communicate with attorneys, contractors, brokers, and internal team members
• Support project tracking for development stages and deposits
Qualifications:
• Experience in real estate administration, legal support, or paralegal work
• Strong understanding of contracts and transaction documentation
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
