Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Lead full‐cycle recruiting for high‐volume roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet daily and weekly hiring targets
- Conduct workforce forecasting in partnership with client leadership
- Ensure compliance with all hiring, onboarding, and documentation requirements
- Utilize ATS systems to track applicants, placements, and performance metrics
On‐Site Management & Leadership
- Serve as the primary on‐site point of contact for all staffing needs
- Manage and support a team of recruiters and coordinators
- Oversee daily workforce operations, attendance, shift coverage, and employee relations
- Conduct daily check‐ins, performance reviews, and coaching sessions with recruiting staff
- Implement process improvements to increase fill rates and reduce turnover
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client department heads, supervisors, and HR partners
- Provide daily updates on staffing levels, challenges, and operational needs
- Attend client meetings, production huddles, and workforce planning sessions
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to both internal and client leadership
Customer Service & Employee Support
- Provide on‐site support to employees regarding schedules, onboarding, HR questions, and workplace concerns
- Address employee issues promptly and escalate when necessary
- Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR management (high‐volume preferred)
- Experience working with or supporting Fortune 500 clients strongly preferred
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship‐building abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure environment
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
