Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates for warehouse positions including forklift operators, general labor, cherry pickers, and material handlers.
- Conduct interviews, verify experience, and ensure all candidates meet client‐specific requirements.
- Manage job postings, sourcing strategies, and applicant flow to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified workers.
- Provide bilingual support to applicants and employees, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Coordinate start dates, orientations, safety briefings, and assignment details.
- Maintain accurate documentation, I‐9s, E‐Verify, and compliance with company and client policies.

Qualifications
