Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview

As a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate, you are at the heart of our operations. You will work in a fast-paced environment, helping to receive, sort, and ship customer orders. This role is physical and active—you’ll be on your move for your entire shift, ensuring that every package arrives at its destination on time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Stowing: Unload trucks and check in new inventory. Efficiently organize and place products into designated storage bins.
• Picking & Packing: Use handheld technology (scanners) to locate items within the warehouse. Carefully pack items into boxes, apply shipping labels, and secure them for transport.
• Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure the correct product is being sent to the customer.
• Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all strict safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace. Assist in basic cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor.

Working Conditions

• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for the duration of a shift (typically 8–10 hours).
• Environment: Warehouse temperatures can vary depending on the season. Expect a loud, busy atmosphere with frequent use of conveyors and heavy machinery.
• Schedule: Flexible shifts available, including overnights, weekends, and early mornings.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and speak English Fluently for safety and routing purposes.
• No previous warehouse experience needed—we provide on-the-job training.
• Reliable transportation to and from the fulfillment center.
