Role Overview
As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Operations Associate to serve as the right hand to our Head of Creative Operations.
Because our Head of Creative Operations bridges the gap between our two main products (UGC Ads and Viral Launches), this role requires someone who can seamlessly navigate different departments. You won't just be managing tasks—you will be helping build the infrastructure of a 100 person agency, optimizing AI tooling, enforcing quality standards, and occasionally rolling up your sleeves to keep projects on track.
What You’ll Do
- Support Cross-Departmental Operations: Assist the Head of Creative Ops in overseeing workflows between the performance marketing and launch strategy departments.
- Build and Maintain Creative Systems: Help manage our process infrastructure and integrate new AI tooling across departments to increase efficiency.
- Enforce Quality Control: Act as a second set of eyes to help set and enforce the execution-quality bar across client services and deliverables.
- Step In and Execute: Act as a hands-on executor and project manager during peak seasons or overflow to ensure delivery timelines are met.
