About the Role

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Microsoft Solutions Architect to lead our Microsoft Fabric–led Data & AI Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives. This is a high-impact, client-facing role focused on presales, Microsoft co-sell engagements, enterprise solution architecture, and AI-led data transformation.

You will lead Fabric-first data modernization initiatives, design AI-ready enterprise data platforms, and develop agentic AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Working closely with Microsoft field teams, sales leaders, and enterprise customers, you will drive opportunities from initial discovery and assessment through proof of value (POV), solution design, and large-scale implementation.

The ideal candidate combines deep Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data, and Power BI expertise with strong presales leadership, executive communication, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value. You will also build reusable solution accelerators, strengthen Microsoft co-sell relationships, and establish repeatable Fabric AI solution offerings, particularly within the SMB/SMC segment.

What You Will Do

• Lead Fabric-Led Presales & Solutioning: Drive client discovery sessions, technical workshops, architecture discussions, and POV engagements for Microsoft Fabric–based Data & AI transformations. Architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse, and Azure Data Engineering services.
• Drive Data Modernization & BI Migration: Lead legacy BI modernization initiatives, including migrations from platforms such as Tableau to Power BI. Design scalable, secure, and AI-ready data platforms that enable enterprise analytics, unified data management, and advanced business intelligence.
• Own Enterprise Solution Architecture: Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architectures, technical designs, estimates, proposals, and implementation roadmaps. Lead RFP responses, define solution approaches, develop technical presentations, and communicate architecture decisions to executive stakeholders.
• Drive Microsoft Co-Sell & GTM: Partner closely with Microsoft field teams, account executives, and sales organizations to identify, qualify, and pursue Fabric-led opportunities. Drive the Assessment → POV → Fabric Expansion motion, with a focus on SMB/SMC customers and faster deal velocity.
• Design Data-to-AI & Agentic AI Solutions: Architect solutions across unified Microsoft Fabric data platforms, AI-ready analytics, semantic models, agentic AI workflows, copilots, and real-time intelligence. Identify opportunities to integrate LLMs and AI capabilities into enterprise data solutions.
• Align Solutions with Business Outcomes: Connect technical architecture to measurable business KPIs, including cost optimization, revenue growth, productivity improvements, operational efficiency, and risk reduction. Build compelling business cases that demonstrate the value of Microsoft Fabric and AI transformation.
• Build Reusable Accelerators & Playbooks: Develop repeatable solution frameworks, architecture blueprints, presales accelerators, POV templates, and solution playbooks that improve delivery consistency and accelerate deal conversion.
• Provide Thought Leadership: Represent the company in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data, AI, and Copilot discussions. Strengthen the company's positioning as a Fabric-first AI transformation partner and mentor presales teams to improve technical solutioning and executive engagement.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Microsoft sellers, internal sales teams, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders to align solution architecture with business objectives, technical requirements, and commercial priorities.

What You Bring

Must Have

• 10 years of experience in Microsoft solution architecture, technical presales, enterprise data platforms, or related consulting roles, with a strong track record of leading client-facing engagements.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including its data platform capabilities, architecture, and enterprise adoption. Microsoft Fabric expertise is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Azure Data ecosystem, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure data engineering services.
• Extensive experience with Power BI, including enterprise analytics, semantic modeling, reporting architecture, and business intelligence modernization.
• Proven experience leading data modernization and BI migration initiatives, including migrations from legacy analytics platforms such as Tableau to Power BI.
• Strong understanding of AI-ready data platforms and the architecture required to support advanced analytics, AI workloads, and enterprise data consumption.
• Exposure to agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Copilot, and Fabric IQ, with the ability to identify relevant enterprise use cases and translate them into solution designs.
• Demonstrated experience leading RFP responses, proof-of-value (POV) engagements, architecture workshops, solution estimates, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Microsoft field teams, sales leadership, CIOs, and other senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to connect technical solutions with business value, define measurable outcomes, and influence enterprise customers throughout the presales and solutioning lifecycle.
• Experience developing solution architectures, technical roadmaps, reusable frameworks, and business-aligned recommendations.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications such as DP-600 (Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate), DP-700 (Fabric Data Engineer Associate), or Azure Solutions Architect certifications.
• Previous experience participating in Microsoft co-sell programs and collaborating directly with Microsoft account teams and field sellers.
• Experience building Microsoft Fabric-led GTM strategies, developing pipeline, and converting assessments and POVs into larger implementation opportunities.
• Exposure to industry-specific AI and data solutions, including reusable accelerators and domain-focused solution frameworks.
• Experience with agentic AI architectures, copilots, real-time intelligence, and emerging Microsoft data and AI capabilities.
• Experience mentoring presales architects and establishing repeatable solutioning practices across sales and technical teams.

• Wins Microsoft Fabric-led opportunities and converts initial assessments and POVs into scaled customer engagements.
• Builds and strengthens a qualified Microsoft co-sell pipeline in collaboration with Microsoft field teams.
• Establishes repeatable Microsoft Fabric AI solution offerings, accelerators, and presales playbooks.
• Becomes a trusted solution architect for Microsoft sellers, enterprise customers, and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrates measurable business value through data modernization, BI migration, AI adoption, and enterprise transformation opportunities.

Salary : $100,000 - $170,000
