ShowingNow connects licensed real estate agents with paid, on-demand opportunities to conduct property showings and host open houses for other agents in their area. As a ShowingNow Showing Agent, you work independently, choose when and where you accept assignments, and get paid per booking—no long-term commitments required.
This role is commission based, ideal for agents looking to earn supplemental income, and stay active in the market, all while maintaining full control of their schedule.
Showing Agents are responsible for arriving on time, professionally representing the listing, providing secure access to the property, and offering basic information as needed while following all MLS, brokerage, and state guidelines. You are not expected to negotiate, write offers, or provide agency representation unless separately agreed upon with the requesting agent.

Duties (you can do this now to get started)
- Download the ShowingNow app from the app store
- Sign up as an agent and wait for approval (within hours)
- Receive notifications when a Showing or Open House is available in your territory
- Accept the Showing or Open House gig and complete it through the app
- Get paid weekly
