Duties
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments using pallet jacks, and forklifts to ensure accurate stock placement.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Organize stock in designated areas, ensuring proper stocking techniques and adherence to trade compliance and international trade regulations.
- Support warehouse operations by loading/unloading trucks, managing packaging materials, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse distribution efficiency and uphold high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipping documentation.
- Valid certification for forklift operation preferred; experience with pallet jacks is essential.
- Strong data entry skills combined with attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking & packing.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures.
- Ability to read directions to build showroom booths; use of tools mandatory
- Excellent physical stamina for lifting, loading/unloading heavy items, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks safely.
