Retail Sales Associate

Showcase is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate at Natick Mall in Natick, MA. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide excellent customer service, demonstrate trending products, and drive sales on the sales floor. This is an in-person retail position inside Danbury Fair Mall. Part-time hours vary based on store needs and sales volume and include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive in-store experience
• Engage customers on the sales floor and recommend products based on their needs
• Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits to drive retail sales
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and store performance metrics
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, pricing, and maintaining visual displays
• Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• $15.50–$16.50 per hour
