Responsible for providing exceptional dining experience for our guests by delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service. This position is a tip-pool position

Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent guest service skills
- Must be able to speak, read, write and communicate in English to adequately perform the duties of the job
- Must be energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention t detail
- Work varying schedules that include evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as business dictates
Education and Experience
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience required
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
Duties and Responsibilities
Guest Service:
Ensure the cabana is clean and set up with towels, ready for the guest's arrival.
Proactively greet guests, verifying cabana rental and providing an orientation of the waterpark area and the amenities of the cabana.
Assist guests in making menu selections and answer any questions about the menu items
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests
Anticipate guest needs and ensure guest satisfaction through their dining/cabana experience
Perform cleaning duties to ensure cabana areas are kept sanitary and safe
Table Maintenance:
Set up dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and properly set before seating guests
Monitor dining areas and promptly clean up spills or messes as needed
Reset cabana's efficiently for next guests, ensuring a smooth turnover
Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation
Coordinate with other servers and restaurant staff to provide seamless service
Work as part of a team to meet service standards and guest satisfaction goals
Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, such as hosting, bussing tables, or running food
Perform other duties as assigned by the Floor Manager.
