Lead Budtender / Retail Sales Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable Lead Budtender / Retail Sales Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with strong cannabis knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for retail sales.

As a Lead Budtender, you will help set the standard for customer service, sales performance, product knowledge, and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Educate customers on cannabis, hemp, vape, and smoke shop products
- Assist with overseeing daily store operations
- Help train, mentor, and support team members
- Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and product knowledge
- Handle cash, POS transactions, and daily cash balancing accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant retail environment
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Help drive sales goals and overall store performance
- Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Cannabis, hemp, or smoke shop experience REQUIRED
- Previous retail leadership, keyholder, supervisor, or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong cash handling and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable training and coaching employees
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
