We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a critical support role within our Human Resources department, with a primary focus on recruitment and onboarding efforts. As our company continues to expand, this role offers significant opportunities for growth and development within the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full-cycle hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, managing background checks, and scheduling orientations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Help manage HR documentation, including I-9s, offer letters, and onboarding checklists.
- Track and update applicant and employee information in the HRIS system.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including meeting scheduling, file management, and responding to internal inquiries.
- Assist with special projects and other HR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of administrative experience; HR or recruiting support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- A willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and evolving HR environment.
Pay is $22/hour
