Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled insulation installer to play a part in insulation projects and be part of a team of installers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid self driven work ethic, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. The crew will be responsible for coordinating tasks, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Read and interpret, work orders, and specifications to guide project execution.
- Implement OSHA safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.
- Coordinate with project managers to report progress, challenges, and resource needs.
- Train team members on equipment use, safety protocols, and job responsibilities.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting work performed by crew members against established standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a role within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with insulation processes is preferred.
- Must be able to work efficiently and safely on a jobsite.
- Experience with construction and the everchanging schedule.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
