We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for:
- Day Shift: 7a–3p
- Evening Shift: 3p–11p
- Overnight Shift: 11p–7a

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Encourage independence, social engagement, and skill development
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Accurately complete documentation and follow care plans
- Support individuals in the community and during activities
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background screening or obtain an exception letter
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to attend orientation and required training during business hours (Tuesday–Friday)
- Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference
