We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for evening and overnight shifts. Whether you’re looking for consistency, flexibility, or meaningful work, we have opportunities for you.
Available Shifts
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
What We Offer
- Starting Pay: $17.00 /hour (based on experience)
- $2/hour Attendance Bonus after 30 days - earn more for reliability

What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you’ll provide hands-on support to individuals in their daily lives, helping them build independence and confidence.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living activities (meal prep, hygiene, housekeeping)
- Supporting individuals in developing life skills and independence
- Encouraging community involvement and social interaction
- Providing transportation to appointments and activities
- Documenting services and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Following individualized care plans and behavioral supports
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to work a rotating weekend schedule
- Ability to pass a background check or obtain an exception letter
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to attend orientation and required training during business hours (Tuesday–Friday)
