In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our service department, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. You will manage incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the service department.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the service department.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments accurately.
- Maintain organized records of customer information and service requests.
- Coordinate with service technicians and management to facilitate timely service.
- Assist with general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding service processes and pricing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
