Guest Services and Reservations Specialist

Shou Sugi Ban House, located on over three acres in Water Mill, NY, is a premier destination spa and retreat offering integrated wellness experiences. This is a full-time, on-site Guest Services and Reservations Specialist role based in Water Mill, NY. The Specialist will be responsible for assisting guests with reservations, answering inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring guests' needs are met throughout their stay. Day-to-day duties include managing bookings, processing payments, attending to guest requests, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless guest experience.

• Strong Guest Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating outstanding guest experiences
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with a diverse clientele
• Experience in handling Cash and managing financial transactions accurately
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with reservation systems and basic computer skills
• Prior experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site with flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
