This is a full-time, on-site Guest Services and Reservations Specialist role based in Water Mill, NY. The Specialist will be responsible for assisting guests with reservations, answering inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring guests' needs are met throughout their stay. Day-to-day duties include managing bookings, processing payments, attending to guest requests, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
