Entry-Level Admin Assistant
Schedule: Monday–Friday, ~36 hours/week (occasional weekend flexibility preferred)
Location: Longwood, FL
Overview:
ShotVet is a mobile veterinary service providing affordable vaccines and preventative care. We’re seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support (email, scheduling, coordination)
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and tracking key metrics
- Help analyze data to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Support business development and market research efforts
- Coordinate logistics for mobile clinic events as needed
- Assist with rabies tag mailing and verification
- Maintain organized records and systems
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- 1 year of admin, sales, or business support experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and data
- Strong communication skills
