Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:
- Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
- Commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Lexus vehicles.
- Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicle's features on the lot.
- Complete quotes and explain financing options
- Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail
- Support online customers by setting appointments
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
Qualifications and Requirements – Sales Consultant:
- 2-3 years of dealership sales experience preferred!!
- Enthusiastic with high energy through the sales workday
- Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
- The commitment to starting a new career
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Persistent, competitive, and good work ethic
- Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow-through
- Valid U.S. Driver's license
- Must be willing to submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
