Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process payments efficiently with cash handling skills.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously by practicing excellent time management, especially during busy nights or events like banquets or catering functions.
• Restock supplies as needed, monitor inventory levels, and communicate supply needs to management proactively.
• Follow all health regulations related to food safety, alcohol service, and responsible serving practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender or in the food service industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cashiering.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
