Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Lawn Crew Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Crew Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to lawn care, landscaping, tree trimming, snow plowing, and hardscape projects. Experience with lawn care preferred but willing to train someone who is interested in the business and a passion for outdoor work. Must have a valid drivers license.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Assist with building and maintaining landscapes, including planting, mulching, and irrigating
- Assist with snow plowing and ice removal during winter months
- Dig trenches and install irrigation systems as needed
- Support hardscape projects by assisting with the installation of walkways, patios, and retaining walls
- Help maintain landscape equipment and tools in good working condition
Preferred Skills:
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of basic landscape maintenance techniques
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques is a plus
This is a paid position. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
