As a Short’s Cleaner, you’ll be the hero behind the scenes — keeping our pub, brewery, and facilities looking awesome and guest-ready every day. From mopping floors and polishing windows to keeping restrooms fresh and organized, you’ll help make sure our spaces reflect the same high standards as our beer.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role — no two days are the same! You’ll work days, nights, weekends, and even the occasional double shift during busy seasons. You’ll get your steps in, work with a fun crew, and leave every shift knowing you made a visible difference.
What You’ll Do:
Keep the pub, restrooms, and facilities sparkling clean and stocked.
Tackle daily cleaning projects and seasonal deep cleans.
Help organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
Follow safety and sanitation standards — and rock that PPE!
Pitch in wherever needed to keep Short’s running smoothly.
What You Bring:
A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet during shifts.
A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and willingness to get your hands dirty.
