Role Description
This is currently a part-time flexible job (can quickly expand to full-time) for a Short Sale Negotiator/Facilitator. In this role, you will work closely with real estate agents, homeowners, and financial institutions to manage the short sale process from start to finish. Responsibilities include negotiating with lenders, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, following timelines, project management and ensuring a smooth transaction process. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential to succeed in this position. Having real estate experience or a license is a big plus, but not necessary.
Qualifications
- A background or license in real estate or property transactions is highly desirable.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure professional and effective interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with short sale processes and financial institution protocols is a plus.
- Proficiency in using technology and AI-powered tools to streamline workflows.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
