As an Loss Mitigation Support Specialist, you'll be aggressively making success happen by "motivating" less gifted underwriters in the various liquidations departments of every major mortgage servicer in the nation. Your job is to make them do their job better, and hold them accountable when they do not. You'll also serve as the single point of contact for distressed homeowners, offering guidance, support, and a compassionate ear during their most challenging times.

You'll also serve as the single point of contact for distressed homeowners, offering guidance, support, and a compassionate ear during their most challenging times.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Digital filing, document auditing, and financial analysis (attention to detail and math skills are a must).
- Providing exceptional customer support and consultation to homeowners, real estate agents, and attorneys.
- Problem-solving ever-changing complex scenarios of distressed homeownership, while achieving the best solution for our clients
- Managing and organizing workflows in a fast-paced, high-tech office setting.
- Maintaining a positive, friendly, and optimistic attitude in spite of dealing with often difficult situations
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years experience in Loss Mitigation with a major mortgage servicer
- Strong math, computer, and communication skills.
- College degree in a related/professional field is preferred, but not required for those with proven experience
- Tech-savvy professionals who excel in communication and thrive in a collaborative office environment.
- Monday through Friday schedule 9am - 6pm with weekends and holidays off.
