What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Human Resources Manager position at Short Partners LLC?
Reporting to President, the Senior Human Resources Manager will serve as the lead HR partner supporting the business through a combination of strategic partnership, operational execution, talent development, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. This role is responsible for leading and executing all core HR processes including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation administration, leadership support, compliance, workforce planning, training, engagement, and culture initiatives. In addition, the Senior HR Manager will support the corporate office of the parent group with dotted line reporting to the CHRO.

BS degree in HR, Business Administration or related field required
5-8 years of progressive HR experience required
Experience with both hourly and salaried employee populations
PHR or SPHR preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
