Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Morristown, NJ, for an Aviation Advisor. The Aviation Advisor will manage the full sales / travel cycle. They are responsible for providing superior customer service, coordinating aircraft charter and flight logistics, fostering relationships with clients, and addressing their travel needs in a timely and professional manner. The role includes managing inquiries, recommending solutions, and staying updated on trends within the aviation industry to deliver exceptional advisory services.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Knowledge of Aircraft charter and experience with FAR 135 on-demand operations
- Understanding of Aviation industry trends and expertise in flights and scheduling
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
- Three year's experience in charter sales required
- Associate's degree in Aviation, Business, or related field preferred
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
