This Opportunity:
Manage water resources projects, coordinating with project teams, and contributing to the development and delivery of comprehensive water resources projects.
Contribute to the development and delivery of comprehensive water resources projects.
Work with our talented water resources staff to successfully deliver a wide variety of projects such as sediment transport, flood risk management, and dam safety.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while mentoring and growing staff.
Essential Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Licensed Professional Engineer in the United States with the ability to obtain licensure in multiple states.
Previous experience with open channel hydraulics modeling
Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, InfoWorksICM, or PCSWMM
Interest and experience in mentoring civil and other engineering staff, and/or serving in a supervisory role.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.; Occasional overnight travel will be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in dam and levee design, engineering, and construction
Experience in 2D Hydraulic models
CFD Modeling experience
Experience working with a team of drainage engineers, civil engineers and highway designers to deliver large transportation projects
Experience supervising and mentoring other engineers and team members
Salary : $135,000 - $174,000
