Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, demonstrating strong foundational knowledge and technical acumen Demonstrated experience leading planning, design, and execution of complex airport, FAA, and TXDOT projects, Professional Engineer license in the State of Texas or ability to obtain within six months of hire date Proven success managing airport design and construction projects and leading cross-functional teams from concept to completion Consistent experience leading successful airport engineering projects within various regions throughout the state of Texas This opportunity is open to candidates residing in the state of Texas Preferred Qualifications: Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience leading planning, design, and execution of complex airport, FAA, and TXDOT projects, applying deep expertise in construction standards and methodologies Proven experience in proposal writing and client management with demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and win project proposals Who We Are Better Places.
