As a real estate agent, you are your own boss doing business under the supervision of a real estate broker. You determine when, how and where you work. Whether helping someone buy or sell a home or assisting in the community you serve, the satisfaction of helping others as a real estate agent is extremely rewarding. You create a schedule that works best for your personal life and passions. There is no limit or ceiling on how much you make. You are paid in direct proportion to how hard you work.

Responsibilities: Prospect for new business daily, get involved with your community, make phone calls, locate real estate, tour new homes on the market, show homes, negotiate deals, adapt to flexible hours, attend training and real estate education courses, manage your business, and maintain relationships.
Community Involvement: As the market leader we understand the importance of community and being involved on the local level. Our agents and team members embrace service and commitment as a way to give back. We participate in many different events: parades, walks, neighborhood cleanups, food drives, golf outings, casual days, Breast Cancer Showhouse, river cleanups and Christmas is for Kids. Many of our agents are on the local school boards, realtor associations and elected local officials to promote strong Wisconsin communities and address home ownership concerns.
