Job Summary
Vacation rental management company seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a resort-style setting while delivering exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
- Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Work will be for managed condo units located on one property.
- Position requires hands-on-knowledge for all aspects of the maintenance department including basic plumbing, electrical, painting and plastering. Must be able to work independently. Looking for a qualified candidate who is flexible to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- Performs other duties as requested by Supervisor.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff.
- Valid driver’s license
