Responsibilities:
- List and update products on multiple online sales platforms accurately and promptly.
- Manage and keep track of physical storage of listed merchandise.
- Manage inventory levels for both online and in-store stock.
- Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide exceptional service.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements to increase revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organized online storefront and in-store working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in online sales or retail preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and internet navigation.
