The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership, mentorship, and training background. In this role, you will work closely with the medical director on scheduling, efficient hospital flow, conflict resolution, writing and implementing training SOPs, budget management, and assisting in surgery and dentals as needed. Full-time benefits and compensation**:
- Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 annually
- Bonus package: $2000 for CVPMs or LVTs
- CE allowance: $500 the first year, $1,000 annually thereafter for LVTs
