Responsibilities
- Oversee Driver Attendance
- Communicate effectively with drivers to provide guidance and support throughout their routes.
- Monitor loads and their dispatches
- Manage nightly truck count and delivery reports
- Manage load or driver concerns
- Ensure on time pickups and deliveries
- Assist with other requests made of the operations department
Skills
- Prior Knowledge of Trucking/Logistics (preferred)
- Great Communications Skills
- Proficient Computer Skills
