Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of facilities, identifying and addressing any maintenance or environmental concerns in a timely and efficient manner
Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and infection control in a long-term care facility.
Collaborate with other departments to address any environmental or maintenance issues that may arise
Develop and implement effective maintenance and environmental schedules and protocols to minimize disruptions and optimize resources
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements:
2 years of experience in healthcare environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless operations
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
