Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing surfaces, and balancing water chemistry to ensure optimal water quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of pool systems and surrounding facilities to identify potential issues or safety hazards.
- Maintain the cleanliness of pool decks, club rooms, restrooms, and common areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance.
- Follow safety protocols
- Keep detailed records of pool chemicals
- Assist with general custodial cleaning duties around the facility to ensure a clean, safe environment for staff and visitors.
Experience
- Familiarity with pool maintenance procedures, including water chemistry management, is preferred, but will train.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods.
