Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, quick-learning, and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong critical thinking skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a passion for providing excellent client and patient care. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for pet owners and their beloved animals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in clients and their pets with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and manage multiple phone lines, scheduling appointments efficiently
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and policies
- Handle client inquiries and concerns with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory management
- Handle urgent situations calmly and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
