Join our team as a Farmers Market Associate at the Overland Park Farmers Market. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you’ll help create a friendly, welcoming, and efficient experience at our booth.
Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, taking and fulfilling orders, assembling bagels and sandwiches, preparing and serving beverages, restocking products, keeping the booth clean and organized, and helping the team maintain a smooth flow during busy market hours.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, upbeat, comfortable working at a fast pace, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people. Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability are especially important in this role.
Pay
$20/hour base pay $3/hour Monthly Reliability Bonus
Employees who work all of their scheduled shifts for the month earn an additional $3/hour for all eligible hours worked that month, bringing the effective rate to $23/hour.
Requested time off is generally accommodated, but taking time off during the month means the Monthly Reliability Bonus is not earned for that month.
