Office Manager / Administrative Assistant
Location: Bryan, Texas
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

We’re growing—and we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to help keep our operations running seamlessly across multiple business units. This role is the hub of our organization, supporting leadership, employees, and vendors while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong communication at every level.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day office and administrative operations across multiple subsidiaries.
- Support HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- Oversee vendor management, procurement, insurance, contract bidding, and lease documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, policies, and compliance documentation.
- Provide IT coordination support (basic troubleshooting, equipment/software procurement, and liaison with external IT providers).
- Assist with DOT compliance and driver record management (previous experience is a plus!).
- Partner with leadership to streamline processes and improve efficiency across business units.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or HR Coordinator—experience in construction, field services, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, from hiring to performance management.
- Familiarity with administrative operations, vendor management, and compliance documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, and business/HR software tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be collaborating with employees, managers, and external vendors.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Comfortable handling IT coordination tasks and problem-solving tech issues.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
