This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting customers through product education and service. The position plays a critical role in increasing revenue through consistent pipeline development, effective territory management, and successful execution of sales strategies.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive revenue growth across Eastern Texas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, needs analysis, product presentation, and closing.
- Conduct in-person meetings, job site visits, and product demonstrations to support customer success.
- Represent Proflex Products at trade shows, industry events, and conferences.
- Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and periodically to the corporate office.
- Provide technical product knowledge and application support to customers.
- Collaborate with Sales Management to align on goals, performance, and territory strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and partner program goals that support long-term customer satisfaction.
