Cellular Sales Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities:
- Start meaningful conversations with customers to understand their current services, and guide customers toward cellular solutions that fit and support their needs
- Present AT&T products with confidence, turning features into benefits and satisfaction
- Stay current on cellular technology and plan to provide accurate, timely answers.
- Process enrollments and sales orders for customers, managing their account with detail and professionalism
- Work with team members to find areas of improvement, opportunities to upsell, and potential customer referrals
- Become knowledgeable in all the responsibilities in cellular sales to take on future responsibilities
Cellular Sales Enrollment Specialist Skills/Qualifications:
