What this role is all about:
This is a people-first role at our Mission Viejo location. You'll be the person who keeps the energy positive, the teams connected, and the experience — for both patients and staff — consistently excellent. You won't be locked into one department. You'll float between all of them, supporting where it's needed and leading by example everywhere.

What's the day-to-day look like?
- Being the go-to, on site leader for the Shoreline Mission Viejo location across hygiene, admin, and dental assisting teams.
- Collaborate with our leadership team for check-ins, spotting what's working (and what isn't), and jumping in where needed.
- Helping our Director of Enrichment with new hires, making them feel welcome and get up to speed quickly.
- Keeping communication flowing between departments and with senior leadership
- Holding the Shoreline Way — warm, professional, patient-centered — in everything you do.
- Looking for small ways to make the practice run better and the team feel more supported.
