Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Live Sound Engineer based in Suffield, CT. The role involves managing live sound operations, setting up and operating audio equipment, ensuring sound quality during events, and coordinating with clients and team members to meet audio production needs. This position also requires troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining audio equipment, and adhering to high standards of professionalism during events.
Qualifications
- Experience and expertise in Live Sound and Audio Engineering
- Proficiency in working with Microphones and a solid understanding of Audio Visual (AV) Systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain audio equipment effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
- Prior experience in live event or production settings is highly desirable
- Technical certification or degree in Audio Engineering is a plus
